Yinchuan's Business Environment Promotion Bureau recently published a notice on the latest adjustment to the city's enterprise administrative inspection whitelist. Ningxia Chip Motivated Technology Co., Ltd. was shortlisted for the 2026 whitelist based on its standardised management and sound credit record. The proposed list entered a public-review period from 20 to 24 July 2026 and contains 409 enterprises after the adjustment.
Yinchuan introduced the whitelist as a business-support measure built on corporate compliance and strict qualification criteria. Applicants must have had no major penalties, safety incidents, serious credit issues, payment defaults or tax violations during the previous three years. Except in special areas such as safety and environmental protection, listed enterprises are subject to substantially fewer routine on-site inspections. Regulators instead use online monitoring, video review and data-based alerts for off-site supervision. According to published figures, inspection frequency for the first group fell by an average of 80%, and more than 70% of those enterprises experienced no on-site interruption.
Founded in May 2025 in Yinchuan, Chip Motivated focuses on server manufacturing and computing-platform development. Its hardware-manufacturing and platform-service model covers the full computing-infrastructure lifecycle. Products include general-purpose, GPU, liquid-cooled and edge servers for AI training, big-data analytics, the industrial internet and smart-city applications. The company operates a 10,000-square-metre production base with complete server-manufacturing lines and has also received recognition under Yinchuan's Enterprise Digital Transformation Rising Star programme.
Being shortlisted reflects recognition of the company's compliance, credit management and corporate responsibility. Chip Motivated will continue strengthening internal controls and compliant operations while investing more resources in research and development, capacity improvement and market expansion. As part of the server-manufacturing and intelligent-computing ecosystem in Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, the company will continue contributing to Yinchuan's digital economy and the East Data, West Computing programme.
