On 18 November 2025, Ningxia Chip Motivated Technology Co., Ltd. officially joined the China Association of Communication Enterprises, or CACE, as a corporate member. The membership reflects recognition from a national industry organisation and marks a new stage in the company's development within the information and communications sector.

Founded in December 1990 and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, CACE is a national, industry-wide and non-profit organisation. Its members include organisations and professionals in communications operations, information services, equipment manufacturing, engineering, network operations and maintenance, and cybersecurity. With more than 1,400 corporate members, the association serves industry development, government, member enterprises and society by connecting stakeholders, protecting members' lawful rights, providing policy information and supporting industry self-regulation and high-quality growth.

Chip Motivated was founded in May 2025 in Yinchuan, Ningxia. The company focuses on server manufacturing and computing-platform development through a model combining hardware manufacturing and platform services. Its hardware portfolio includes general-purpose and storage servers, motherboards, GPU and liquid-cooled servers, and edge servers for industrial-internet and smart-city applications. Its platform capabilities include intelligent-computing resource scheduling and integrated computing, algorithm and scenario solutions for smart manufacturing, smart agriculture and digital government. The company operates a 10,000-square-metre production base with complete server-manufacturing lines.

As a CACE member, Chip Motivated will participate actively in industry exchanges, standards discussions and policy research, while strengthening cooperation with communications operators, information-service providers and equipment manufacturers. The company will continue building end-to-end capabilities spanning hardware development, intelligent manufacturing and computing-platform operations, and provide tailored infrastructure solutions for data centres, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and domestic information-security applications.
